Refund and Returns Policy

Noble Trybe – Return & Refund Policy (UK)

At Noble Trybe, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a straightforward return and refund process in line with UK consumer rights.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
• Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

To start a return, please email us at support@nobletrybe.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Please note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item was faulty or sent in error.
• You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.
